LovaDerm concentrate on change of use of known compounds with established pharmacology and toxicity profiles approved or failed for other administration routes, which hold promise for topical use. This approach reduces the risks and costs associated with drug development. Psoriasis, acne, actinic keratosis, cancer, eczema, and other dermal conditions represent an unmet need. Therefore, a topical application of "old" drugs may open up new therapeutic approaches.
